Our Policy Details

Because our books and resources are printed and prepared specifically for customer orders, we maintain clear guidelines for all purchases.

All Sales Are Final

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Shipping & Addresses

Purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, including for change of mind or incorrect quantity selection.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, email info@scenesofhope.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos of the item and packaging.

Carriers handle delivery once shipped. Please double-check your shipping address prior to checkout, as re-shipping fees apply if packages are returned to us.
